If you take out insurance through us we will also need to collect information in order to provide the insurance cover to you.
If you answer a poll or similar on our site then we will collect basic information such as your email address and name. In such circumstances we are very unlikley to ask for you to provide any personal data but if we do we will advise you of this at the time.
Storage of Personal Information
Where it is necessary to collect your personal data for one of the reasons detailed above we will store that data on our secure servers which are based in the United Kingdom. At no time will your details be stored outside of the United Kingdom by us. In certain circumstances we may pass your details to third parties that we work with. The information that we collect from you will be used by us to provide you with our services including providing quotes and cover where a quote is accepted. We may also use your information to provide you with the details of other products or services which are similar to thise that you have purchased from us or that we think you may be interested in.
Information held Requests
You have the legal right to request that we provide the details of all data held by us that relates to you. Please email us to request such information. We are legally allowed to charge you an administrative fee for this which is £10 and is payable prior to the issue of details to you.
